What is Cryptozon?

Cryptozon is a service operated by ChainPay Services — a concierge that buys products from Amazon on your behalf, paid in Monero. We charge a flat 20% service fee on top of product + tax + shipping.

What coins do you accept?

Only Monero (XMR) right now, paid directly to our wallet — no third-party processor. Other coins are on the roadmap.

Do I need an account?

No. Orders only need an email and a shipping address. An account is optional and lets you reuse addresses and see history.

How long does delivery take?

We typically place the Amazon order within 1 business day of payment confirmation. Amazon delivery times apply after that.

What if the price moved?

You pay the exact XMR amount we quote at order creation. If you send less than the quoted amount, we'll contact you to top up or refund.

How do refunds work?

If Amazon refunds us, we forward it to you in XMR, less network fees. See our refund policy.
