Cryptozon is a service operated by ChainPay Services. By using Cryptozon you agree that we act as a buying agent: you pay us in Monero, we purchase the requested product from Amazon under our account, and we ship it to your address.

Service fee

A flat 20% service fee is added on top of product + tax + shipping. The fee is shown as its own line at checkout.

Refunds

See our refund policy. We refund in XMR less network fees once Amazon refunds us.

Prohibited items

See Restricted items. Orders containing prohibited items will be cancelled.

Liability

We are not affiliated with Amazon. Product quality, packaging and shipping are governed by Amazon's terms. We are not liable for delays caused by Amazon or carriers.
